If your screens are not displaying as you need them to, there are a few options to try before submitting a ticket.

1. If no picture is showing at all, make sure all connections are solid and cables are in good shape. If you have a docking station, check the USB / Thunderbolt connection is good. Restart the dock by pulling power from it or toggling it on and off. Also make sure the display you are wanting to connect to is powered ona and the correct input is selected.

2. Pres WIN (windows key) and P at the same time, then click your desired display mode

~ PC Screen Only - Only will display on laptop screen or primary desktop monitor

~ Duplicate - Will show primary screen  on all displays

~ Extend - Allows multiple monitors to be moved between

~ Second Screen Only - Will only show on external screen with no laptop or primary display screen.

3. If your cursor will not smoothly go between monitors or your monitors are swapped, this can be fixed by Right clicking the desktop and clicking Display Settings. In this menu, you can drag around the boxes to set your screen(s) orientation, set your primary display, change resolutions and more.
