Here are a few things to try before submitting a ticket for poor Wi-Fi performance:

1. Make sure the device(s) are connected to the correct network.

 - iPads, chromebooks, interactive panels and other MCPS technology connect to MCPSDevices

 - Students with Windows devices and personal devices should connect to MauryStudent

 - Staff devices should connect to MCPS

2. Inspect the access point. It is a small white box mounted to the ceiling in your room. Are there any lights flashing or on? If you do submit a ticket, please include any information regarding this.

3. If other devices are connected to the network, try restarting your device. If that does not work, forget the Wi-Fi connection. Instructions on this can be found here  (Note: this will NOT work on iPads or Chromebooks).
