If you are having issues with your Raptor or Printing Vistor/Tardy Badges please do the following:
1. Left click on the up arrow to display the hidden system tray in the bottom corner of your screen.
2. Right click Orange Raptor icon as shown below.
3. Select Restart Hardware Service and then attempt to perform the function again.
4. If this does not fix your issue try to restart the computer, then put in a tech ticket if you need additional help.
