If your phone is displaying 'URL Call is Disabled':

Unplug the cable from LAN port on the bottom side of your phone and after 10 seconds plug it back in.

(The red circle with LAN listed is the correct cable to unplug, your specific phone may vary slightly)

If this does not remedy your issue, please submit a ticket for a tech to look into it.
